Trailer Of The Week might be beginning to stretch its definition a bit (last week's was a clip, this week's trailer is for a TV show) but this was too awful not to share. Answering the eternal question 'where is Zooey Deschanel these days?' is the trailer for The New Girl, which is cut to look very much like a film trailer but is apparently advertising a forthcoming TV show (not that the trailer makes that clear). In it, Deschanel plays the (wait for it) kooky girl who's just broken up with a guy, sings to herself ad nauseum and now must find a way to break her oppressive depression. Think that sounds bad? You have no idea. One of the most vomit-inducing trailers for quite some time.
